My Year in Review #goodbye2018

We're nearing the end of 2018 and what a year it has been!

This time of year you see the inevitable #newyearnewme posts. Apparently 2018 was tough for many, and if you are one of those people, I do sincerely hope 2019 brings you all the blessings you deserve. However, 2018 was extraordinarily good to me. It has been a year of personal trials and triumphs, and with many things to celebrate -- even the mistakes. So here are three things that made this trip around the sun one of the most amazing I've been on:

1. 2018 gave me my first entire year on my own in business. This was a big deal! I hadn't been without being under a "team" or partner, well... ever. Not only did I go out on my own, but I was successful at it! Was it difficult at times? Absolutely. Did I ask myself on several times if I made a mistake? Essentially quarterly, and mostly in the beginning of the year. But I've worked with some amazing and successful people in my 7 years of business, and as such, have learned all the tools to be successful myself. Diligently employing them, trusting the process (and myself!) and staying faithful, those have been the keys. #womeninbusiness

2. Which brings me to my second achievement -- making my largest sale career-to-date. One of the most sought after projects in Naples at the present moment, Mystique. A new construction high-rise in Pelican Bay, and the second to last to be built in Naples (the developer has one parcel left, as a sister building that should be breaking ground in the next couple of years.) and I sold one of the 9th floor units at a whopping $4,900,000 #retirementgoals

3. On a most personal note: My wonderful fiance proposed to me on May 4th, 2018. #mybigfatGreekwedding will be happening on October 27th, 2019 right here in beautiful Naples, Florida. We are over the moon excited for our future, and continuing to walk this journey together.

If you're like me, you tend to get stuck in the moment; whether it be good or bad. Take this time to (as one of my mother's favorite movies "Moonstruck" likes to say) "Reflect on your life." Realize and then appreciate how far you've come, because I promise you, you have. Whether it is in business or personal relationships (including the most important one: the one you have with yourself) there are many things to celebrate and improve upon in the year ahead.

Wishing you all a very Happy New Year and all the joys 2019 can bring!
